i found a very convenient family mart right across the street from the hotel. the staff impressed me with their politeness and helpfulness . they welcomed me back warmly at the end of my trip. the room was equipped with necessities. i could even log into my own streaming services on the tv which was a fantastic bonus.

the room lights were dim i found it difficult to get ready.

the location was superb close to dotonbori and many shops i found a family mart right across the street very convenient the staff were really polite and helpful my room had a washing machine which was a great addition i appreciated the design too it felt modern.

the room lighting was not great making it quite dark even during the day this made it a little difficult to see properly and created a somewhat cramped feeling i think improved lighting would enhance the overall experience.

i found the lighting QUITE dim, especially in the hallways. it felt a bit like walking through a maze. The room lacked sufficient brightness as well. i struggled with makeup since there was no dedicated mirror or adequate lighting. the lack of a well-lit area for these tasks felt rather inconvenient. Plus, the limited space to put my belongings around the sink became a problem. Water splashed easily, threatening to damage things i placed there.

the room lights was dim. it was hard to get ready because of this. especially washing your face and applying make up was impossible.
